EXCHANGES
You can get your shoe size changed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order (except for the Christmas period, when purchases can be exchanged or returned until the week following January 6th, inclusive).
- Spain: Free
- Europe: Free
- USA and Canada: size changes will be processed as new order.
- Rest of the world: size changes will be processed as new order.
Please contact us at hello@adebamadrid.com for shoe size changes in other countries.
If you want a second size change, you should place a new order.
All products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original box. The box must be well protected with another box or wrapping.
We kindly ask you to stand on a carpeted surface when you try on your shoes, so that they are in an unchanged condition.
You can schedule a pick up and we will deliver the size requested when we collect your return. You can also drop off your parcel at the shipping company pick-up point.
Size changes will be subject to the availability of the new products requested.

RETURNS
You may return your purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order (except for the Christmas period, when purchases can be exchanged or returned until the week following January 6th, inclusive).
Products purchased in the “Archive Sale” are non-refundable. They may only be exchanged for another product or a store credit with no expiration date.
Return costs:
- Spain (Peninsula): Free (in-store)/ 6€ (shipping company)
- Spain (The Balearic Islands): 8€
- Spain (Canary Islands): Cost and shipping will be assumed by the client.
- Portugal: 9€
- Rest of Europe: 10€
- United Kingdom: 20€
- USA and Canada: 30€
- Rest of the world: Cost and shipping will be assumed by the client.

Returns are free if you opt for an "ADEBA VOUCHER" instead of a cash refund.
